Day 1 again! I can't believe I'm back here again, this time heavier than the previous years. In the past 3 years, I have battled with a lot of personal demons, but I'm choosing me. I'll turn 40 in 4 months, and my brother passed away at 40. Heart attack in his sleep. I need to be healthy for me.
