are you following any specific Diet? sugarless pudding is pretty good, nuts, trail mix, fiber one cinnamon roll, granola dipps, pretzels, chips and salsa, for a real treat I take salsa with shredded cheese on it with low calorie sour cream, with baked scoops, that ends up being a lot of calories but it also fills you up and makes you feel like you are eating nachos at a hockey game...!!!

I like to have nuts, fruit, celery or apples with peanut butter or hummus, or a cup of flavored tea will take my cravings away as well. I find that I reach for snacks out of habit and not always because I'm hungry, so sometimes just a glass of water works. Good Luck!

1 week down.....3 to go!!! Dropped 1.5 pounds. Could have been worse..I could have GAINED 1.5 pounds. Good Luck Everyone...lets keep the pounds "dropping"!!
