Thank you!! :) Unfortunately I have been at a stand still this week! I haven't exercised in probably more than 6 months and I was over eating due to stress so I think that the first 6lbs came off due from shock that I was actually getting up and moving around!! LOL... I also know that a key to shedding lbs is you have to do your exercise 1st thing in the morning, before you eat anything, you will shed weight faster when you have no extra calories in your system. I wanted to start slow so right now the only exercise I do is a 2mile walk on the tredmill and I started the 30 day ab 2 days ago. I also make sure to drink a glass of lemon H2o first thing in the morning, this helps with hydration as well as boosting your metabolism. The one last thing I have been doing is whey protein for breakfast/ lunch and I eat a healthy meal for dinner.
