Non-scale victory of the week!
I actually made two Keto meals. One on Sunday and one one Monday. Very proud of myself for that.

I could have eaten less sugary foods.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goals are to begin exercising at least 2-3 times per weeks. Also make sure I’m hitting my water intake goal daily. And start to focus more on what I’m eating. If I manage to hit at least one of these goals this week, I will be extremely happy! I’m trying to do this slow and steady so I don’t become overwhelmed with all the changes I have to make and maintain.
