Bummer Kate- but it'll come right back off. Most likely just water weight and the actual weight of having more food in your system than usual. Very unlikely that you consumed 10,500 excess calories in one day! :blush: We've got this!

How’s everyone doing? I’m off to an okay start. Yes, thanksgiving is going to be tough but I feel like I have a plan. Now I just need to stick to it! I’m glad I joined this challenge to push myself. It’s making a difference already. Let’s do this!

Yes, I have a few things I’m willing to “splurge” on for Thanksgiving, but not going to eat all of the appetizers, etc. :grinning: It’s so good to have a plan!! We got this!!

  • Working on finding a new work life balance. I switched roles to a people leader a few months ago (Aug) and I’m now an exempt employee. Which means I kinda always work. Lol. And I’m WFH which blurs the lines even more. I’m putting my focus on creating boundaries as I just learned I’ll probs be WFH indefinitely (I’m not mad about it, just makes me want to create a better work space etc). Hoping the next week I can find a food/life balance as well.

    Weighed in at the same this morning.

    Yesterday was a day filled with silly carbs so I weighed the same as yesterday and will be drinking SOOOO much water today to flush it out!

  • I went a little off track over the weekend (including a pint of Ben and Jerry’s) so I’ve recommitted today! Here is my tracker for the day. I was super busy and drinking so much water that food wasn’t a big part of the day!

    If you are wondering, I use the free version of the app ATE cause I love taking pictures and recording the details later.
