I drink at least 100 ounces of water per day, no artificial anything, including diet soda, and I don't eat anything processed. I also work out about an hour a day, Jillian Michaels videos are really tough but they rock.... That's really it. I hate losing weight, it's been really hard, but I find that the faster I lose it, the more motivated I become. Congrats, Marie on getting it to this point!
