There were so many deaths in 2016. I know being obese puts you at risk for so many life threatening diseases and i do so much better on a weight loss journey when I'm doing it with others who can relate to what I endure on a journey like this.

I did pretty good with portion control and I didn’t eat a lot of red meat.
