I was way too ambitious and thought I could do 3 transformers at the same time (they all had starting dates 2 weeks apart and this is the last one, so I’d have had to lose about 15% of my actual starting weight to win all 3).

Anyhow I won the first two. This one is just impossible at this point. I’ve only won 2 of the 6 rounds and fell short on all the others. Just a warning to others to not try and do what I did lol. But congrats to all the winners!

Also transformer with newborn isn't the best idea. Body after childbirth with sleep deprivation is not reacting the way that it did before. I don't think it will be possible to make. But I still lost some weight and in the January I start my own Tabata classes - so I am a winner - at least in my own eyes :)

Congratulations on winning 2 of 3! I attempted a transformer and 2 Kickstarters once.... that didn't go well lol. It caused too much stress and anxiety trying to meet the loss for all 3. I like transformers because they keep me on track.

This past week has been awful. A friend passed away and I completely fell off the wagon and started eating things I’ve been avoiding. It’s so hard re gain control.

Anyone in to wall palates? The weather here is super frosty and I haven’t been getting out much. Are the apps worth it? Or do you manage it on your own?

I’ve never heard of wall palates - can’t believe w/ over 200 people that no one has answered. YouTube has nothing for free?

I am doing classic "mat pilates" and I love it. I am excercising with program which is not in english, but there are plenty of workouts out online (also for free on yt) and some of them are good. Just one little advice - with yoga and pilates I think it is better to choose 1 - 3 trainers and stick with them for a longer time.

I’ve made my weight for this 1st month. I’ve just started lap swimming twice a week and I think that’ll help a ton for this next month. I’ve been walking 3-4 miles a day and I want to increase that to 4-5 miles a day. I’ll run for part of my walk 2 times a week. I’ll be done eating by 6:30-7:00pm.

Hello there! I am joining in a bit late, but hope that I will catch up soon. I start exercising daily in 2021 and achieved my ideal weight and really good form, it takes me year and half. In the summer 2022 I decided that I don't need to lose any more weight and will use my "dietbet money" to make a personal trainer course. A month later I found out that I am pregnant. Well, doing trainer course while pregnant was bit difficult, but I managed. I believed that I will not gain a lot of weight during my pregnancy, cause I was very active and exercising on a daily basis, but... Here I am, with a lovely son and more than 10 % to go :D I wish you a happy journey!
