I managed another camping trip where I lost some weight. I made good choices and was super active. i plan to go try on sole

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

my goal this week is to stay under 200 pounds to finish the last of my July dietbets. I’m excited to see the 190s. I plan to get back to cycling as my camping trips made it hard to do them. maybe start a cycling program. one more week here than a vacation again. then after that time to re focus!
