....today I did week 5 workout 2. I'm running thinking "Dang! I must be going fast! I've covered a lot of ground." Then, because I'm really tired, "This can't be right, did I miss the lady telling me to walk?" I check the phone, 1 min left of running....okaaay. during the walk she says "Halfway there." And I'm more confused. So I just stop the workout and go to the details. It's 2x 8 min runs. 😮 So I ran 8 minutes!! Since I had exited the workout, I just put a timer on my phone and ran another 8 mins.
But now I don't trust this C25K lady 😆😆. For week 5 workout 3, she wants me to run 20 minutes.....😆😆😆😆 That is quite the bump (Vicky H you were so right about week 5!).
