  • Late late lunch of air fried shrimp with lemon pepper breading.
I just started using an air fryer and already love it. Chicken breast (whole and bites), zucchini sticks, shrimp and brussel sprouts are what I’ve tried so far. Anyone have good to air fryer meals they love?

Awesome Mary, any go to meals you love making?

Cindy, just check out the reviews. I didn’t pay a lot for mine but it is a brand that is known to be reliable.

Hello from Australia! What’s your go to home workout routine when it’s raining and can’t go for walks?

No equipment home workouts from YouTube. I especially like stretching routines.

I love Bodyfit by Amy workouts on YouTube. Free, a good variety to choose from, and a good workout!
