Not give upI started my weight loss journey in January 2017 with a $10.00 dietbet with co workers. I was hesitant and very over weight. I was 267lbs. And I was terrified that I could not do it. I did not realize how big I actually was. I always said I have tried to lose weight but never worked. At the end of the bet I had losts 12lbs I think. I won the bet. I took my after pics and i was shocked at what i saw. I was smaller ever so slightly, but you could see it. I did another bet with same colleagues and I won agian...now I was up to over 20lbs. I was thinking about doing the 5km run that I was too big to do the tear before..so I signed up. My goals were simple I would go to 5lb goals. Now almost 2 years later I am gunning for 60lbs. I love what I see.i dont hide in pictures. I have 3 soon to be 4 5km marathons. I joined a sports team. I am not the same person who was stuck in a far suit. I am not done by a longshot.
