Hi Deb.Winter can be tough! There is nothing better than fresh air and sunshine for motivation. Challenge yourself to try a new indoor activity to gear up for good weather. You could get in the water at the pool to get ready for outdoor swims. Walk the track to get ready for those nice, long outdoor hikes. You've got this!
