What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Sticking with daily exercise and managing my relationship with food. I tend to eventually talk myself out of doing those things, especially after I’ve lost a good amount of weight. I tell myself - “oh you deserve a break” you deserve to eat that whole plate of pasta” “you don’t need to count calories anymore”.. after listening to that voice, I eventually stop exercising completely and fall back into my old eating behaviors (compulsive overeating & binging).
