Non-scale victory of the week!

I upped my weights, tried new recipes and got better sleep. I am really happy with my progress!

Non-scale victory of the week!

No cheats. Even with going to lunch with Stephanie, I found food in the menu inncompliance.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I could have pushed harder. My fitbit results compared to others is half... I’m not sure why

100% on eating, I have not strayed once from the meal plan.

I had a few cheat nights, I told myself I deserved them since 80 Day Obsession started today. I’m upset because my scale went up
