I’m Cindy and I live in Southern Cal. Before COVID I was making excellent progress with weight loss. I had many challenges and losses during this time, but also finished my PhD and got a promotion at work. I was making ok progress until February this year and then I fell off the wagon again pretty hard that time. I’m back in the saddle and hoping to make 2 1/2 months of solid progress before the holidays and an anniversary sailing trip in the Virgin Islands.
