I stayed in point range almost 3/7 days this week! That’s better than just one last week!

I could have not eaten 3.5 servings of Oreos last night before bed and chocolate candy bars the night before...

My new go-to snacks are fruit!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had like 3 cheat days this week... so that’s like half the week. Went waaaaay over calorie allowance on those days. That’s probably why I didn’t see much of a budge on the scale.

I could have skipped desserts many of the nights, exercised more, attempted to stay in calorie range. I feel I've given up since I haven't lost anything.

Fast 4/10 of the next 10 days. Eat slowly, chew everything 20 times?? Wait 20 minutes before having snacks/dessert and find something else to do in meantime. Exercise 5/7 days.
