Not taking my free day for my stepbet

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had tons of cravings and continued to give in, which saw the number on the scale rising. Putting myself on meal replacement shakes has reversed the trend, but I still have some way to go to my next goal

A lot of walking, easier than ever

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One day was poorly prepared, meaning that I had little calories over all (but still enough) and I had the late in the day, which isn't the best. But I've been on point and if that's the biggest issue, I'm doing awesomely well :)

Doing meal prep, exercising quite a bit, still having a good time, punching new holes in my belts
