Lowered my sodium this week and kept under that number! Shirts that were tight before are getting baggie!

I tried on an XL shirt and it fit snug but I could put it on!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I prepared my protein shakes night before, which helped me not skip them. Also had less low carb candy (only 1 day instead all week). Resisted getting cake at a birthday party!
