Hi, Cindy here. I'm signed up too. This is my first diet bet. I'm having a surgery on April 4th in which I will not be able to lift over 10 lbs for 6 weeks. Throughout the DietBet I'm going to really step up my lifting to prepare, are there certain exercises we have to follow?
