I’ve been working out everyday since Monday with Beachbody on demand and I love 21 day fix and Autumn’s country dance program and I don’t even care for country but she makes you want to do it

Christmas weight is almost off . I’m so ready to get back to 155lbs again. It’s a journey but with my healthy eating. I can do it

My eating was great but I wished I would’ve workout more but as a massage therapist I was constantly moving and sweating working on clients so I believe with my healthy diey I was working out
