Great trend Peter..WELL DONE....keep it going! Any tips???

Never eat until you are full. I eat a full breakfast, decent lunch and a relatively small dinner. I aim to be a little hungry an hour after dinner. I eat a balanced diet and run ~20 miles a week and workout at the climbing gym 2-3 times a week.
