First DB? Stay motivated and don't let the little things get you :) Its only wk1, I found in my 1st DB i lost mostly h2o weight so i cheated a lot, now my body is relentless to shed the lbs without healthy eating and workouts

Yep this is my first DB and I have already lost and gained a few pounds. So annoying. I am trying to have a protein smoothie for two meals and then a regular meal once a day. Then healthy snacks. Been exercising more too. What is your plan?

BTW - I love Monterey! Beautiful!
