Went to the gym 6 days, ate a few cookies but did not binge, stayed on target!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I struggle with binge eating which has led to my severe weight gain in the wake of a very emotional time in my life. I need to get my eating under control as my number one priority!
