Hey, Matt! Good job signing up again, especially challenging when your weight isn't where you want it to be! I signed up for a second, just to push myself. I'm a 'more pressure, more results' kind of person. Unfortunately that seems to translate to 'no pressure, relax and overeat!' Which of course I know is not good, but there it is! Best wishes!
