Having my husband say that he can tell I've lost more weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Staying within my calorie allotment and not feeling deprived! Also, it's been weeks since I've had any dessert, and I'm not missing it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have made tweaks earlier when I noticed my weight loss start to plateau. At least I did make the necessary changes, and I'm seeing results!!
