  • Happy Friday, Breanne here! I know all too well that crushing cravings is an important part of any sustainable diet. I’m a chocaholic, so I’m always trying to find innovative ways to get my fix without it breaking my calorie bank. My Chocolate Molten Protein Cake is one of a few dessert recipes that hits the spot for me. I REALLY love it because it also helps me meet my daily protein goal:

    ✨1 Scoop (31g) Quest Chocolate Protein Powder (If you use Beachbody Recover, add 1 TBSP Beachbody Recharge Casein Protein- this will help it cook fluffier)
    ✨¼ tsp (2g) Baking Powder
    ✨¼ tsp (2g) Baking Soda
    ✨1 tbsp (5g) Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
    ✨1 Packet Stevia
    ✨1/3 cup (80mL) Vanilla Unsweetened Cashew Milk

    Mix dry ingredients in bowl then add cashew milk and mix completely. Microwave for 60 seconds. Enjoy as is or top with a scoop of Halo Top ice cream, All American Peanut Butter and enjoy!
    Makes 1 serving: 128 Cal, 24P, 9C (3g fiber), 1F. Top with ½ cup of Vanilla Bean Halo Top ice cream for an additional 60 calories, 6g protein, 14g carbs, 2g fat.

  • I also love to make a protein cake. But I also can't resist pumpkin spice season, so I make a spice cake, with Lilly's chips and cinnamon.
    Combine all ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes.

    (6carbs) that got cut off..
    When I have extra macros I'll top with peanut butter

  • Bulletproof coffee, a great meal replacement in the morning. Ive been adding the pop tart peanut butter from American dream, key lime is also an amazing coffee add too
    Blend all for 30 seconds

  • Low Carb Pumpkin Doughnuts
    What we need:
    ½ cup pumpkin puree
    ¼ cup heavy cream
    4 eggs
    2 tbs veggie oil
    1 tsp vanilla. I use Torani Sf vanilla syrup.
    1-2 tbs sweetener
    ½ cup coconut flour
    1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
    1tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp baking soda
    ½ cup brown sugar I use truvia


    3 oz cream cheese
    1 tsp vanilla
    1-2 tbs sweetener

    What we do:
    ? Oven 350f
    ? Grease doughnut pan or mini muffin pan
    ? Mix pumpkin, heavy cream, eggs, oil, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl
    ? In another bowl mix flour, spices, baking powder and soda, and brown sugar mix well.
    ? Slow add dry ingredients into the wet and mix well.
    ? Pour into molds and bake 15-25 mins
    ? Cool completely
    ? Melt glaze ingredients in microwave mix well…dip cooled doughnuts into glaze then into crushed granola

  • Mbfa legs week 2 ✅

    Breakfast is mid morning greek yogurt with raspberries and blueberries and a scoop of pb. So good. I cook the berries on the stove a few mins then add pb. Then let it cool a few mins then add my yogurt.
