Feeling super discouraged, I lost 23 lbs starting Jan 16, the first month. This month nothing. I'm eating healthy staying under 1200 calories, working out. Its frustrating. I have 60 lbs to go, and 1 lb a month is frustrating.

Teresa, I’ve been there! If you stick with it you’ll hit another timeframe we’re it seems like it’s falling off (and then another plateau)! I will second what the others have said- I lost 60lbs at 1200-1400 a day. Although the 1200 worked, I only used it to sort of switch things up for short periods. Depending on your body, you may actually be making it harder to lose. The only way to know for sure us to count calories and compare week to week on different totals. Just keep going and find what works for you

Sounds like your under eating and your body is going into starvation mode trying to retain energy. If you use my fitness pal it lets you attach your Fitbit if you have one and then you know how many extra calories you need to eat good luck
