How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I ran 10 miles today! I haven’t done that since high school (8 years ago!) and boy is it harder with some weight gain & aging! but proud of myself! Excited and nervous for my half marathon next week!

Cut carbs and living off steak, bbq and salad. Anyone else doing this? It seems to be working and nothing else has before. Also, running about 3 times per week.

Audrey, it’s apart of Beachbody. I subscribe to Beachbody on Demand so I have access to all the diff Beachbody workout. It’s like the Netflix version of workouts.
