Not to be gross, but..... I have a lot of digestive issues and my movements are easier and more regular already! This is crazy! I’m a good way. Also I have chronic dizziness and I feel a little more ‘stable’ lately! I need to work out more this week! That’s where I can improve.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve worked out more for sure. I keep using overtime at work as an excuse but it doesn’t matter. I should be doing it anyway!
