I did very badly on the last Dietbet and lost by gaining weight instead of losing. Today I start anew hoping to do a better job.

I always think I can drink more water! Because I hate water, just plain water....but find that if I guzzle it I can get it in.

I ran 2 miles without stopping.

I could have drank more water and ate more fruits and veggies. I also had more than 1 cheat day
