Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been journaling. This is a good thing. However, being off of work since the 22nd has made things more difficult lately. I’ve wanted to eat out of boredom... I need to get back to work and get back into my routine.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Everyday life. The needs of my husband, child, and my students at school. I’ve always gravitated towards food whether I am happy, sad, or stressed.

Incorporating exercise. Ive been doing WW and am down 40 pounds. I was hoping to be down 50 by my birthday next month, however, I know that slow and steady wins the race. Being in my 40’s its much harder to lose weight than it was in my 20’s and 30’s. But that’s okay.... I have a great support network of Family and close friends.
