Non-scale victory of the week!

Old clothes start to fit better again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wasn’t very motivated to work out this week. I probably need to up my daily calories since I’m still loosing weight so quickly even though I don’t work out most days. I want to do this in a healthy way otherwise I’m gonna start loosing all my hair again

Eat more but kick the sweets. More workouts even though that shouldn’t be a problem now that I entered a running bet again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Running is starting to get easier again but I’m still nowhere near as fast nor can I go as far as I used to and it really is bumming me out a bit. But I’ll get there. Giving up is not an option I have thought about so far, fortunately I tend to be pretty stubborn once I set my mind on something. So my goal is to get up my average speed for the next runs.
