Old clothes start to fit better again.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Wasn’t very motivated to work out this week. I probably need to up my daily calories since I’m still loosing weight so quickly even though I don’t work out most days. I want to do this in a healthy way otherwise I’m gonna start loosing all my hair again

Eat more but kick the sweets. More workouts even though that shouldn’t be a problem now that I entered a running bet again.
