Non-scale victory of the week!

My husband bought some homemade Mexican bread hot out of the oven. 12 pieces. I've been looking at them for two days. didn't eat one piece.

Non-scale victory of the week!

did a hike at iron mountain a lot of terrain up and down hill. completed hike. would of never made it if I was still carrying 260 pds. sureprised my self of my endurance and mindset to finish

Fighting food temptations were a struggle last weekend I had all my children over and was cooking meals for thme too many goodies around the house but didn't eat any.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Due to a leg injury my workouts have been limited. hoping for a speedy recovery.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed a 2.6 mile hike all up hill to potatoe chip mountain. Never thought in a million years I could do this. Of course there we a few stops along they way. I am so sore from top to bottom of my legs. I know that 8 months ago there's no way I could have completed this hike. I'm looking forward to the next hike.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Water consumption. Trying but water is a struggle for me . Getting better each day.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most Challenging is being around my husband on weekends he loves to snack on goodies and have a few drinks. I use to like joining him with a glass of Mascoto white wine with cheese and crackers. .
