Non-scale victory of the week!

Not really disappointed even though I gained a couple of pounds I’m still under my mark, so I’m good with that. Took a couple days off not worrying about food well, not worrying horribly about food.

Definitely walking more walking is my weight loss exercise

I am within 20 pounds of my goal. I have been going though a lot on a personal level and I have not gained. I am happy. I am trying to be happy. The term “non scale” is a new concept that I am still trying to come to terms with.

This is so hard for me. Is there really such a thing??‼️‼️?? I did research & came up with a plan for making my abs in the kitchen..... aka. : loosing the belly fat

Staying focused. I had to write on my hands “no eat”. Seriously.
