Non-scale victory of the week!

Fitting a tshirt that used to be too small. Now it was tight, but not too tight.

Had a couple of weak moments food wise, snacked cake and chocolate

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not eating icecream on a hot market day where i worked 10+ houra in the sun

Because of said market I exercised 4 times instead of the 5 I wanted

Non-scale victory of the week!

Sometimes having a unhealthy snack but not bingeing on it. Just enjoy it and leave the rest. My weight was on a plateau again, but today it went down a bit. It goes so slow!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Didn't exercise one day, because I was very sore, and because of my schedule and the opening hours of the gym couldn't make up for it another day. Also, sleep a bit more
