Not overeating on my road trip! Even with snacks in the car, I would in the past just eat everything, but this time if I did have chips I would only have a little handful and then leave it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Over the past two and a bit weeks, i wish I didn’t drink as much. I worked so hard to cut alcohol out of my diet, and it snuck right back in.

Get back to the gym! I’m counting BC hikes as a workout because they really are! I need to get back into weight training and in the mindset of going to the gym everyday!

Getting back to my lowest weight since like third year university.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing! I’m proud of myself. I’ve been pushing myself to workout. I do snack on bad things but after talking to my training I wasn’t eating enough. Basically starving my body. Literally after a few days of eating sooo much more, almost all my bloat is gone, super regular and not energized.

Prep what I’m going to eat for the trip to maintain my weight loss. Road trips are hard especially when you are camping and roughing it. Gonna make sure I have enough healthy snacks and foods to make sure I don’t eat too many chips.

I did drink the amount of water I wanted but I would like to get in the habit of drinking more. And push myself more at the gym.
