For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hallelujah! It’s the weekend! And while we all LOVE the weekend, it can be a tricky time transformation-wise. It’s easy to get out of our during-the-week routines, and breakfast—a meal that we’re usually trying to get in as quickly and as easily as possible—can be a little more difficult since we’re home... and any kiddos we have are home too. I buy Mush oatmeal from Whole Foods (Apple Crisp my favorite) and 1 HB egg. That’s my go to right now!

  • We do pancakes for breakfast every Sunday and pick a different recipe from the app each week. This is our ALL time fav though. It’s the Powell protein pancakes subbed with chocolate protein powder and topped with Walden farms calorie free chocolate sauce instead of peanut butter and tsp of sugar free dark chocolate chips. Kids call them triple chocolate power cakes.

I am a week late in starting this game, (I was on vacation in France-don’t hate me) still figuring out how to do this! I started at 66Kg two days ago and weighed in this morning at 65.6...but my original weight didn’t post so LOL! Anyway...any tips or instructions would be highly appreciated! Francesca

Hardly any movement all day, sure didn't get my active minutes. So, after I ate dinner I went for a 55 minute bike ride! So, I got over my 45 active minute goal!
