I focused on the progress that I have made instead of the fact that it wasnt as much as I hoped.

I could have made better choices on Saturday while out with my mom and grandma.

I made somewhat healthy choices when eating out

We ate out too much and didnt stick to the meal plan because i was sick i didnt feel like cooking and slacked off.

I could have avoided more junk food than I did. I let myself indulge when we celebrated my birthday but I took it too far.
