Wow, amazing progress - I like your idea of water and keeping a jug. I'm 62 years old and my whole life, I have probably never drank enough water. But I am trying. Because of your post, I checked my Fitbit (I just got it) and I added the water consumption. I've only drank 16 oz this morning,
