From your pictures, it looks like you don't need to drop the weight anymore. :) One thing is that your weight fluctuate very much. and it seems like overall trends are slowly increasing. You looks like you are already in pretty good shape but you need to watch out your trends.

I think person like you could be good candidates for new dietbet 10 program. Check it out from DB home. Claire, do not let the weight gain bring you down. I used to weigh what you weigh now but I let bad habits as poor choices take over and when I woke up and realized what I had done I was at 240 again. I am not saying this to scare you but to encourage you to make better choices with food and exercising. You can do this!!! You have a positive attitude and that is half the battle. Don't give in like I did. Be strong, start fresh! Don't dwell on the past , focus on the future. I am now making better choices, off all sodas and working out on a daily basis. Since I am older it is taking a little longer but well worth it! YOU GO GIRL! I know you will reach your goal.

Thank you so much for your encouragement! I have lost most of the weight that I had gained during the period in which I went back to my poor eating habits. I am determined to not let me guard down again, and I encourage you to reach your goal as well!

But I do hate to have an empty stomach... so if I have dinner earlier, I end up eating plain yogurt with high fiber cereal as a snack (though to be honest, the snack is as big as my breakfast x_X)
