Non-scale victory of the week!

Successfully resisted the urge to break my diet when out at a dim sum restaurant with my team.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My sleep duration and quality have both suffered this week. I think I need to focus more on my bedtime ritual and being consistent with the kids' bedtimes.
