  • Here’s my #transformationtuesday
    First pics are from February of this year 213lbs and the ones on the right are from last week at 182lbs. The biggest changes for me have been noticing my clothing choices now vs then. I used to dress to hide everything! Now I’m finding a whole new me I didn’t know and rediscovering my style. Also mentally I feel like more changes have taken place than physically. This ain’t a crazy crash diet or quick fix for me anymore. This is long term, this is forever and there’s no going back. That’s huge! Because now instead of throwing in the towel after a cheat meal I just keep going and its making the biggest difference for me. Since February I’ve gone from keto to paleo to trim healthy mama and back to keto again. But even with all the “how should I eat!!” hiccups I’m not stopping this train. Only forward. Just keep going! Goal weight is 145!

So I’m a little frustrated right now. I went to the gym after work and walked on the treadmill for a solid hour. And usually I get somewhere between 7,000 and 8,000 steps doing that. But today my Fitbit said I only got 3,000 steps and said I walked only a little over half a mile and I walked 2.5 miles. I’m proud that I got my workout in today but I’d like the credit on my Fitbit to reach my daily steps to be accurate as well. Has anyone else had this happen before?

Yes - happened to me on a long grueling hike. That was the day me and Fitbit broke up ;)
