Got back in the gym - not every day, but still more consistent.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still haven’t kicked the resurgence of my sugar craving - ice cream and almost every day ate cookies.

No more sugar this week with the possible exception of one slice of cake on Thanksgiving. Exercise every day until the weigh-in.

Kept away from one of my favorites - lobster bisque - at a dinner out.

Making choices. Went on vacation and when I had something fattening (such as ice cream) I modified my diet before or after to account for it. Although I didn’t exercise on vacation, I got after it as soon as I got home.

After eating all the wrong things most of the holiday weekend (ice cream twice, a whole bag of chips, etc.) I actually felt I’ll. Great sign my body is adjusting. Then had salad for dinner and ate healthy the next (last) of the long weekend and carried that into the week.

Not having junk when I really didn’t crave it.

Much better eating habits. Cut back on volume. Also had a good exercise week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Once again trouble with snacking at MIL’s house - didn’t help that she kept telling me I should eat foods I enjoy on the weekend - turned down ice cream once but gave in the second time.
