What workouts are folks doing? I need low/no impact until my knee surgery, starting up swimming again but debating b/w hybrid of liift4/barre blend or another BB low impact program. Ideas?

I read several comments about weigh in times. It states in the directions initial weigh in is Wednesday. But some are saying they will weigh in on Friday. Why? My feeling is if I weigh in on Wednesday it will keep me focused on what I'm eating...you know 2B Mindset style. Anyone have any comments about this?

I’m planning on doing a Friday weigh-in just because I want to enjoy my thanksgiving and not count calories, But I do agree that’s the best thing to do is weigh in on Wednesday that way it will keep you focused on your goals.

  • Leftover Picky eater’s pasta bake (2B recipe) for lunch!

    I also made banana bread using apple sauce and maple syrup as sweetener and uses whole grain flour. So delicious and moist!!

    I ended up making two loaves, 1 with chocolate chips (sweetened with stevia) and 1 without.

First timer. Four weeks of being mindful between Thanksgiving and Christmas will be just what I need! Indulging a little on the two Holidays isn’t my problem, avoiding indulging for the entire Season is why I joined.

  • I’m so ready for this dietbet! I didn’t make it last time thanks to aunt flow coming making her appearance right smack in the middle, thankfully I still managed to lose 4.2 lbs so it was still a win, no money but I feel good!

    I’m ready to crush this next one!

    My daughter inspired my lunch, I had two of these (low carb, high fiber bread)
    , and the final product had a slice of cheese, and lots of bb carrots.
