  • Found these tonight at the store. They are a little pricey but I think it's worth it if you need something that's not chips. $4.99 110 calories for 50 crackers.

OK, tomorrow I will make the same lunch and remember to post a pic before scarfing it down, LOL. Cauliflower fried rice, sautéed with mushrooms and onions and carrots and seasonings. With two eggs. Cannot believe it was all veggies (plus the eggs), it was so good and tasted just like Thai fried rice! Cabbage steaks for tonight!

  • Forgot to post breakfast - Dave’s killer wheat toast slice plus 1/2 avocado abs cup of sliced grape tomatoes abs a hardboiled egg with everything but the bagel seasoning. Kept me full until late afternoon shake with spinach for lunch.

Ladies over 40 and perimenaposal, how “late” are you typically? I was suppose to start on Monday but still haven’t. Ugh! The water weight has hit, 4 higher lbs since Friday. Annoyed and frustrated!

  • Been waiting for the avocados I bought to soften, finally able to try Dave’s killer wheat bread slice with 1/4 avocado mashed, 6 grape tomatoes sliced, everything but the bagel seasoning and 1/2c leftover sautéed veggies with a fried egg and 1/2 orange. Huge meal! Breakfast and lunch and snack, love it!

Major struggle here. And this is a cycle for me which is why I wanted to try this diet bet. I do well for like a week. Then I have a set back, step on scale and get upset with myself. Then I give up and eat a bunch of food and scale keeps going up. I feel like I need a lot of help...and can’t seem to do it on my own

Good job! I find that when I'm dinner and done by 6 it makes a huge difference on the scale. Especially when I push the water. Nice work!!
