Woo-Hoo! Ready for another successful month? There's a lot more temptation this time with Abby's birthday, Thanksgiving and the start of the never ending candy/cookie/yummy EVERYTHING holiday season. Stay strong... we got this one :)

Good luck with C25K! I have several friends who were not runners use this program with success. Good luck Jen :)
