heya, saw your post about the slow carb diet...way to go btw on losing 8 lbs! gonna research it, never heard of it...what do you typically eat on it? :)

Aha! The slow carb diet was invented by Tim Ferris and is described in detail in the Four Hour Body (an offshoot of his Four Hour Work Week best seller). You essentially eat healhy carbs and a ton of protein while skipping processed foods, cheese, dairy, and sugars for 6 days. I often eat the same 3 meals each day. And then on saturday...i get cheat day where i can literally eat whatever i want. sometimes 6000 calories!! it is very fun. and as long as I go back to slow carb, my weight goes back down within 24 hours and i start to slowly lose again...

this 8 pounds in 4 days is a bit ridiculous even for me though!
