I started a month ago with 12 pounds to lose. I've never lost 12 pounds in a month ever! Guess what? I did it! Cut back on the crap, skip a meal or two and move. You can do it. Boiled potatoes have been my life saver. Salted spuds. Good luck. You CAN do this.
