To get healthy! I am on my fourth and final WW lifetime journey. I have gained about 20 lbs back and had to put the brakes on so I would not have to run around naked. I got rid of ALL my larger clothes.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can get back into my size 6 pants-still snug but they were zipped!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am WWer and had 1 high point day but I tracked it and still stayed within my points. could have made better choices at Mexican place.
