Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to my plan and made it happen. Avoided foods I didn't need and made sure I prepped and packed my food for days i was on the go.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made time for the gym yesterday.

Stay focused. This isn't about Playa del Carmen, this is about getting into the best shape of my life.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Making this more of a as needed verses weekly. Went to friends to finalize our couples vacation in Feb. Forgot my meal prep at home and instead of just dealing with it I grabbed the truck keys and hauled my butt home to grab my meal. Enjoyed my meal while my friends enjoyed their chicken Alfredo...ome of my favorites BTW.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out. That seems to be my issue this time. Meals are getting easier as far as prep but working out I just haven't done it.

Finish my 15 days strong and see my final measurements and weight decrease.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted the urge to fall off the wagon last night. I messed up my meal plan meals for the day and while I wanted to say screw it for a day I didn't. I held strong.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Paid attention to the meals of the day. And maybe not have had that last bit of buffalo chicken.
